Here are my process screenshots of http://www.exquisiteforest.com/. Exquisite Forest is a very cool animation board that allows anyone to sign on and add frames to an animation. You can start at any point in a sequence that you like and further it, or create a whole new direction for the animation to go. It's pretty cool. I added elements to a "Tree" in the Forest where the next image must evolve from the last letter in the previous images name. So I chose to grow off of someone else's "PLANE", and I added "NOSE", and then "EYE".
